Our Rigorous, Eco-Conscientious Recycling Process

Transforming Post-Consumer Waste Into Premium-Grade Pellets

Every kilogram of our pelletized product begins its journey with a commitment to quality and environmental responsibility. While the source material changes slightly, our meticulous process remains consistently thorough throughout the process to deliver 95% consistency:

  • Manual Pre-Sorting & Bale Breaking: We begin by manually breaking down post-consumer bales and removing any foreign materials, ensuring a pure feedstock.

  • Crushing & Washing: The material is then crushed into uniform flakes and subjected to a lengthy, vigorous, and entirely environmentally friendly washing process to remove all contaminants.

  • Spin-Drying & Quality Screening: The clean, washed flakes are spin-dried and then processed through an advanced three-stage technology, automatically screened through precision 12/72 Hollander woven screens for impeccable consistency.

  • Pelletizing & Drying: The material is transformed into uniform, rice- and disc-like granules via spaghetti or die-face cutting. It is then blown into a drying tank to achieve the perfect normally zero moisture content.

  • Export-Ready Packaging: The finished pellets are decanted into brand new hessian bags (25kg packed), tightly stitched, and palletised onto new wooden pallets (1500kg). Each pallet is securely wrapped and stored in a dry, secure warehouse, ready for shipping. A 20ft container holds 1004 bags loaded loose (25 tonnes).
